How much does an Art Party/Event cost?

Groovy Art Workshops will normally deliver your Art Party/Event at your designated establishment. If you require us to source a venue for you this will be at an additional charge.

We provide all the materials, equipment and staff to deliver your Art Party, when you choose one of our standard Art Party activities. We provide all agreed materials, equipment and staff to deliver your Art Event.

Groovy Art Workshops caters for a minimum two hours for Art Parties, although we will arrive ½ an hour before the party starts to set up and leave ½ an hour after the party to clear debris generated by participants and pack away. So Groovy Art Workshops will be with you for a total of 3hrs. For Art Events we cater for between 2 – 6 hrs long (per day) and will generally arrive up to 1½hrs before the start of the activity and stay up to an hour at the end.

Our Art Parties start from £210.50 inc materials catering for a minimum of 15 participants, additional participants £12.50 per participant. Art Events start from £270.50 exc. materials.

What is the maximum number of participants you cater for?

Children between 5 – 11 years of age and we can include family members. So older siblings, parents can also be participants.

What are the ages you cater for?

We do not have a maximum limit, but we do advise that for Health & Safety reasons the number is limited to the size of an average school class and/or adhere to the venue/site restrictions. Usually for Art Events participants will be divided into working-groups to aid the facilitation of the art workshop.

Groovy Art Workshops requires that at least one designated responsible adult/representative of the organisation is present throughout the duration of the Art Party/Event. Non-participating parents are more than welcome to remain present, although in our experience we have found that this makes it very difficult for GAW staff to engage with the children when delivering an art activity.

As each child will be producing a piece of art-work to take home, we do not provide party goodies, as part of our normal service. If you wish us to provide party bags this will be at an additional charge, depending upon the number of participants and what you require in the bags. We do not provide food.

Are parents/company representatives required to be present at the Art Party/Event?

Yes, for all All-day Art Parties and Art Events.

Although Groovy Art Workshops will clear any rubbish generated by participants, we do not provide a cleaning service.

Do you clean up after the Art Party/Event?

Booking?

In order that we provide you with a quality service, please help us to make your event day special, by ensuring that you fully confirm your booking to avoid disappointment. Whilst during your initial discussions with our staff, there may have been indication of the availability of  a specific date/time, this does not mean this date/time will remain so, or that it is booked and confirmed. Until Groovy Art Workshops (GAW) receives a completed booking form and 50% deposit payment, your booking is considered provisional. All art parties and art events must be fully booked a minimum of 28 days (excludes bank holidays and weekends) before the event commencement date. All bookings are subject to availability.
